Popcorn | How to make popcorn at home

This delicious whole grain, tasty and healthy snack is the most popular snack mostly enjoyed while watching movies or games, in parties and get-together.



INGREDIENTS: for 6 cup of popcorn

Popping corn .....................  ½  Cup
Butter/Oil ............................  3 Tbsp.
Turmeric powder ..............  ½  Tbsp.
Salt .....................................  1 Tbsp.



DIRECTIONS:
  1. Take oil or butter in a big heavy bottom pan and heat on medium temperature.
  2. Once oil becomes hot add turmeric, salt and popping corn , mix them well.
  3. Cover pan with a lid and keep the stove on high heat.
  4. After a couple of minutes, corn will start popping and once popping sound stops take out the pan from heat.
  5. Transfer popcorn in another bowl and enjoy.
