Masala Oats Idli / Quinoa Vaghar Idli / Spicy Oats-Quinoa Idli
INGREDIENTS: for 3-4 servings
Oats Idli pieces ................ 5 Cups
Oil ..................................... 3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds .................... 1½ tsp.
Dry curry leaves ............. ½ Tbsp
Turmeric powder ................. 1 tsp.
Salt ..................................... Pinch
Black pepper powder ……... 1 tsp.
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oil in thick bottom pan. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt.
- Crushed dry curry leaves with your hand and add into oil.
- In the last add idli pieces and mix well.
- Saute for minute then add black pepper powder and mix well.
- Remove from the heat and serve.
