Sandwich Dhokla is a delicacy originated from Gujarat is also one of my favorite dhoklas. This dhokla is not only beautiful to look at but tastes great also. In this recipe layer of white dhokla with green chutney spread over it and topped up with a layer of yellow dhokla.
